Web Based, Multi-tenant, Administrative Partitioning

HD WFM™ is fully web-based, giving you the freedom to implement either hosted or on premise. There is no workstation foot print.

Channel partners can host many customers on a single server, and operating system.  There is no need to install costly, performance robbing virtualization software. Each tenant operates autonomously and securely with their own independent TDE encrypted database instance.

Call centers that work with outsourcers can host the forecasting and scheduling for all partners.  The result is truly enterprise planning that allows you to perform global coordination and measure the performance of each partner. 

HD WFM™ also allows for full partitioning of administrative access within each tenant.  This means that a single tenant application instance can support many independent scheduling groups.  Partners that participate in the solution can be limited to their own scope but the business owner enjoys super user privileges.

Together, multi-tenancy and administrative partitioning allow for any combination of application hosting and/or vendor participation.

User access is also completely configurable. Any user can be denied or granted access to any page and to any objects on a page.  This allows the super user to elevate any agent to performs selected supervisor tasks or deny selected tasks to any supervisor.
